Dan Stouter, General Manager

Dan began his journey with the company in 2011 as a server, and through dedication and a commitment to continuous growth, advanced into the General Manager role, which he has proudly held for the past 10 years. Over the course of Dan’s career, he has focused on building strong, high-performing teams and fostering an environment rooted in professionalism, accountability, and excellence. Dan takes great pride in supporting both our staff and our guests, ensuring that every experience reflects the values and standards of our organization.

James Garner, Executive Chef

James started with the company in 2011 as a Line Cook. He worked his way up to Executive Chef in the next few years and has been in his position for 10 years now.

Kaitlyn Zaccagnini, Sales and Events Manager

Kaitlyn started with the company in 2019 as a server. By 2022, she moved into her current role for Pittsburgh. As of today, she now has 3 stores for which she manages the private dining for. She manages the private dining for Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Atlantic City. She works with all MLB teams and caters to the away teams that come into town.
