Liza Alejandro, General Manager

Liza has been with the company for 21 years, starting at Rainforest Cafe back in 2004 as a host, and moved her way up. Moving to Boston briefly when promoted and moving back to the area, Liza worked a total of 16 years for Rainforest Café. She has now worked with McCormick & Schmick’s for 5 years.

Tony Rubino, Executive Chef

Tony has been with McCormick and Schmick's for 17 years; worked at the Chicago-Wacker location for 1 year and then transferred to the current location.
