Amanda Clark, General Manager

Amanda has worked for M&S for 16 years. She started as a host and worked her way through the ranks of server, bartender, Front of House Supervisor, Front Manager, Assistant General Manager and then General Manager. Originally from Pennsylvania, Amanda has most recently moved to Houston. She loves spending time with her husband and children as they help drive her passion for hospitality and community!

Guy Billings, Sales and Events Manager

Guy has worked for M&S for seven years. He started off as a server, then became a Banquet Captain, then the Sales and Events Manager for the Houston Market. In his time here, he had the pleasure of serving and organizing special events for celebrities and high profiled politicians. He is very passionate about making your next event a memorable one.

Daniel Serrano, Executive Chef

Danny has worked for M&S for 9 years. Originally from Ohio, he has been a chef for 23 years. Through all his experience, M&S has been his favorite place to work. Danny’s passion for creating wonderful flavors and memorable experiences through food is what motivates me each day.
