Glenn Davis, General Manager

Glenn has worked for Landry's for 43 years at four different concepts. During this time, He has served famous actors, athletes, and past presidents of the United States.

Guy Billings, Sales and Events Manager

Guy has worked for M&S for seven years. He started off as a server, then became a Banquet Captain, then the Sales and Events Manager for the Houston Market. In his time here, he had the pleasure of serving and organizing special events for celebrities and high profiled politicians. He is very passionate about making your next event a memorable one.

Patrick Dao, Executive Chef

Patrick joined the company June 2024, training under former executive chef Tim Eckard and concept executive chef John Baker. Over the past 12 years, he has worked in every position of the restaurant from FOH to BOH, but mostly stuck with the culinary side, working with many well-known chefs in Houston and at some James Beard Nominated spots as well.
