Before the dinner, he touched based multiple times, via phone and email, to provide all of the dinner package options and to explain them in excellent detail. He even created a custom menu with our letterhead on it, which was a cool touch. When we arrived at the restaurant, our private room was beautifully appointed and ready to go. He was so accommodating, had great ideas, answered all our endless questions, and was flexible to make the evening so special. The service staff was superb.
