Member's Log in / Redeem Points

Welcome to the Member's Gateway to the Preferred Guest program administrative tool. You are only a few clicks away for accessing and managing your personal account. To make the process as easy as possible, we have provided a simple set of instructions below.

To bypass these instructions and log in immediately, please select the button to the right to begin.

Step 1

Click the "Login/Redeem Points" button above or select this Member's Log in link.

Step 2

user name preferred guest reference image The Log in box will ask you for your username and password. Your username is the account number on your card. Your password is based on the birthday of the primary account holder, month and day, in numerical form.

Enter you username (account number) as it is displayed on your card. NOTE: please do not use any spaces between the numbers. If your receive an error when logging in, re-enter your account number with no spaces.

Enter your Password (birthday) in numerical form. This format is MMDD (month and day). The year is not used. For example, March 15 would be entered as "0315" and November 3 would be entered as "1103".

After entering both of these numbers, select "OK" to access your account. Again, if there is an error in accessing your account, please re-enter your username and password as describe above.

Step 3

After successfully logging in, you are presented with a summary of your account. At the top of the screen are links to your customer profile, transaction history, and point redemption.

To redeem points, select "Redemptions" at the far right of the screen. This will present you with the rewards that you currently qualify for with your point total.

Select the reward that you wish to redeem points for by entering a quantity in the "Quantity" field and select the "Redeem Points" button at the bottom of the page. Your reward will automatically be loaded to your card. Click on "transactions" and scroll to the bottom. "Certificate transactions" will show your current dining credit balance.
