Question 1: What is happening to the Preferred Guest Membership Program?
Answer: The Preferred Guest Membership program ended on December 31, 2012. Preferred Guests still have an opportunity to migrate to Landry’s Select Club free of charge at www.landrysselect.com/preferredguest. Once migrated, any points remaining on your Preferred Guest account will be added to your new Landry’s Select Club account.

Question 2: I still have Preferred Guest dining certificates. Can I still use them?
Answer:Any unexpired Preferred Guest dining certificates will continue to be accepted at McCormick & Schmick’s locations. You also now have the option to redeem these certificates at any Landry’s, Inc. restaurant. Please visit the Locations page for a complete list of Landry’s, Inc. locations.

Question 3: Can I use my Preferred Guest card on my next visit?
Answer: The Preferred Guest Membership program ended on 12/31/2012. To continue earning points for your visits, you will need to migrate your Preferred Guest account to Landry’s Select Club at www.landrysselect.com/preferredguest. Once migrated, you may submit your recent visit receipt through the Contact Us page to have the points added to your Landry’s Select Club account.

Question 4: What benefits will I receive when I migrate to the Landry's Select Club?
Answer: Please reference the chart below, which provides an overview of the Landry's Select Club.

Landry's Select Club Points:

  • Points must be earned at the time of your visit. If you forget your card provide your server with the phone number on your account.
  • You will now be able to earn points on gift card purchases.
  • Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.
  • Earn a maximum of 3,000 points per day including events and banquets.
  • Points expire 12 months from the date issued.

Landry's Select Club Rewards:

  • Rewards are automatically added to your Select Club account, so no more paper dining certificates.
  • Receive a $25 Reward for every $250 you spend.
  • Rewards are redeemed in $25 increments and expire 12 months from the date issued.
  • Receive a guaranteed $25 Birthday Reward on the first day of your Birthday month, valid until the 15th of the following month.

Additional Landry's Select Club Benefits:

  • Priority seating (based upon availability).
  • Exclusive offers including Landry's hotel discounts and special partner offers.
  • Enjoy 10% off or earn points on retail purchases.

* Points cannot be earned and Rewards cannot be redeemed on tax, gratuity, and in some states alcohol purchases.

Question 5: What will happen to my Preferred Guest points when I migrate to Landry's Select Club?
Answer: Your Preferred Guest Membership points will be added to your Landry's Select Club account as part of the migration process. Your Preferred Guest points will be valid for 12 months from the date that your Landry's Select Club account is created.

Question 6: The website also lists a $25 Welcome Reward as a club benefit. Will I receive this when I migrate to Landry's Select Club?
Answer: Because you received a $25 Welcome dining certificate as part of your Preferred Guest Membership, there is no additional welcome reward when you migrate into Landry's Select Club.

Question 7: I have a secondary member on my Preferred Guest Membership. How will this change with Landry's Select Club?
Answer: The Landry's Select Club membership is intended for individual use. Therefore, only one member can be assigned to the new Landry's Select Club account. We encourage your secondary member to purchase a membership and enjoy all of the Landry's Select Club benefits. Memberships can be purchased for a one-time enrollment fee of $25 at any Landry's, Inc. restaurant or online at www.landrysselect.com. Upon account registration, a $25 Welcome Reward is credited to the new account.

Question 8: I am currently a member of Landry's Select Club and a Preferred Guest. How does this change impact me?
Answer:

  • If the email address you had on your Preferred Guest account matched your Landry’s Select Club account we automatically migrated your Preferred Guest account to Landry’s Select Club back in November 2012.
  • If the email address on your Preferred Guest account is different than your Landry’s Select Club account, please do not complete the online migration process. Instead please contact our Customer Service Team by email or phone and they will be able to assist you with this adjustment to your account.

Question 9: How do I migrate to Landry’s Select Club?
Answer: Preferred Guests are invited to migrate to Landry's Select Club by visiting www.landrysselect.com/preferredguest. Simply verify your account using your Preferred Guest membership number and last name, then review your account and provide any needed updates. Once completed a Landry's Select Club card will be mailed to you within 2-3 weeks. The points on your Preferred Guest account will also be transferred to your new Landry's Select Club card as part of the migration process.

Question 10: What if I do not have an e-mail address?
Answer: You will need to call our Loyalty Team at 1-866-995-6925 to complete the migration process. Once you migrate to the Landry’s Select Club you will be able to earn and redeem points; however, you will not be notified of exclusive member only benefits and account notifications.

Question 11: I completed the migration process online. How soon can I start taking advantage of the Landry's Select Club benefits?
Answer: Your Landry's Select Club card number will be assigned 3-5 business days after you migrate your account online and you will receive your card in the mail within 2-3 weeks. If you plan to visit a Landry's, Inc. restaurant before you receive your card, you can provide your server with the phone number listed on your account. If you are redeeming a reward you will also be asked to provide valid identification.

Question 12: How do I earn points with my LSC membership?
Answer: You can earn points at any of our participating restaurants in 31 states across the country and in our Toronto and British Columbia Canada locations. You earn one point for every dollar you spend on food, beverage, and gift card purchases, and in some states alcohol purchases. You will also earn points on retail merchandise purchases made at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Points may only be earned at the time of purchase.

Question 13: Will I still receive my dining certificates by mail?
Answer: Once you are part of Landry's Select Club, Rewards will be added directly onto your card. Simply present your Landry's Select Club card to redeem.

Question 14: Can I still earn points if I forgot my Landry's Select Club card?
Answer: You will no longer be able to submit receipts online after your visit. In order to best handle your account, it is always recommended that you present your card at the time of your visit. In the event that you forget your card, you can provide the server with your phone number to look up your account. If you are redeeming rewards you will be asked to provide valid identification.

Question 15: Do I still receive my Birthday Reward?
Answer: You will receive a $25 Birthday Reward as a Landry Select Club member. Your $25 Birthday Reward will automatically be added to your Landry's Select Club account on the first day of your birthday month, and will expire on the 15th of the month following your birthday month.

Question 16: Do I still earn points on banquets or private functions?
Answer: Yes, you can earn points on banquets and private functions up to a maximum of 3,000 points per day.

Question 17: Why did I stop earning points on my alcohol purchases?
Answer: The issuance of points on liquor, beer and wine is based on state restrictions. If the restaurant you dine in is located in a state that does not allow points to be issued on alcohol then we are unable to do so. Please reference the LBW chart to view the rules for your state.
