Whether you left your Preferred Guest Membership Card at home or forgot to show your server, points can be earned for your dining experiences. Please complete the form below using information from your dining receipt and member account information.

Are you a new member who has not received your membership information yet? You can request points for your meals from the time you joined and paid until the time your membership kit arrives. Please save your receipts. Once you receive your new member kit it will contain your membership card and account number to use when completing the form below. You will need to have your account number to fill out this form.
