At McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, we are committed to culinary excellence by showcasing a vast selection of only the freshest quality fish and seafood varieties from the Pacific Northwest, local waters near our restaurant and the Atlantic, as well as unique species from international waters. Our commitment to local freshness is apparent in our seasonal dishes and regionally inspired preparations.
We feature a fresh fish and seafood menu with daily chef specials. A sample of our signature dishes includes:
- Salmon stuffed with Shrimp, Crab, Brie Cheese, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Artichokes.
- Almond crusted Ruby Red Trout with Cucumber Dill Relish and Lemon Beurre Blanc.
- American style Kobe Beef Burger with Bacon, Sauteed Mushrooms and Swiss.
- Seafood Paella with Jumbo Shrimp, Calamari, Mussels, Clams, Chorizo and Spanish Rice
- Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Basil, Tomatoes and Fettuccini Alfredo
- Appetizer: Oysters on the half shell by the 1/2 or full dozen. Selections change frequently.
Our "Fresh List" (which highlights the fresh fish and seafood available that day) is printed daily and exhibits catches from around the globe. In addition, we feature a wide selection of choice steaks, poultry and pasta. And save room for one of our decadent desserts like our famous Key Lime Pie – a favorite among our guests.
For lunch, we offer 10 lunch entrees for $10 – daily sandwiches, salads, pasta, soups and more.
Visit our lively bar and enjoy traditional mixology at its best. We feature hand-shaken cocktails made with fresh-squeezed juices. In addition, we offer an assortment of imported, domestic and craft beers or choose a wine from our extensive wine list to accompany your meal. Come to our Happy Hour for a variety of food and drink specials.
