I. General Questions

Question: What are your hours of operation?
Answer: Each of our restaurants varies in the hours that they are open. Please check directly with your local restaurant to determine the exact hours of operation on any given day.

Question: Are you open for lunch?
Answer: Most of our restaurants are open for lunch. However, please check directly with your local restaurant to determine the exact hours of operation on any given day.

Question: Can I make a special request to have a personalized menu?
Answer: Yes, we can add a short personalized message to the top of our menu. When you make a reservation, just let the host know what the occasion is and what you’d like the menu to say (e.g. Happy Birthday, John!)

Question: Do your menus offer options other than seafood?
Answer: Yes. We offer selections to satisfy every palate – even the non-seafood lover. In addition to fresh seafood, our menus feature a variety of aged steaks, poultry, entrée salads, pasta and more.

Question: Is there a dress code?
Answer: While we have no formal dress code and welcome guests in whatever attire they feel most comfortable, the majority of our guests are generally dressed in “smart casual” or “business casual” attire.

Question: What credit cards to you accept?
Answer: Our restaurants accept most major credit cards, including VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.

Question: Can you accommodate guests with dietary restrictions, including vegetarians and those with specific food allergies or someone who might be on a special diet?
Answer: Our chefs will do their very best to accommodate specific requests regarding food allergies and other dietary restrictions. Feel free to call the restaurant in advance to inquire about your specific needs. Once in the restaurant, please let your server know exactly what your needs are as well, so that they can be clearly communicated with the kitchen staff.

Question: Do you have a children’s menu?
Answer: Yes. All of our restaurants offer a children’s menu featuring a wide variety of child-friendly options at an affordable price.

Question: What are your price ranges?
Answer: While prices range by location, most of our lunch entrees fall between $9 and $15, and most dinner entrees range between $17 and $26. Many of our lunch menus feature a lower priced “Blue Plate” or “Daily Chef’s Special” and many of our dinner menus also feature a selection of lower priced Lite Entrees and Sandwiches.

Question: Do you offer healthy options?
Answer: Seafood in general provides a very healthy source of protein. All of our restaurants can accommodate requests to simply grill any variety of seafood without added sauce or other accompaniments. Additionally, requests for double vegetables instead of starch can be accommodated by request.

Question: Do you offer take-out?
Answer: Accommodations for take-out requests vary by location. Please call your local restaurant to inquire about details.

Question: Is smoking allowed?
Answer: Our restaurants follow the smoking laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which they are located.

Question: Do you accept reservations?
Answer: Yes. All of our restaurant locations accept reservations.

Question: How do I make a reservation?
Answer: Reservations can be made in a number of ways. Online at www.McCormickandSchmicks.com,via our toll-free reservation line at 888-344-6861 or by calling your local restaurant directly.

Question: I see that your online reservations are handled by a company called OpenTable. Where can I get more information about how OpenTable works?

Question: Do you accept reservations for large parties?
Answer: Most of our restaurants can accommodate large parties of varying sizes. If the online reservation tool is not able to accommodate your party’s size, please contact the restaurant directly to inquire about a larger reservation and private dining capabilities.

Answer: By signing up you will receive the latest news, offers, recipes and exclusive invitations. This is the freshest approach to staying in touch with all things McCormick & Schmick’s.

Question: Why would I be asked to select a location on the “Join Us” form?
Answer: By designating a specific restaurant, we can send you information and happenings for your favorite location. We will still send you information on events that are relevant everywhere.

Question: Will my email information be shared or sold?
Answer: McCormick & Schmick’s promises never to rent, sell or trade any personal information you provide.
