1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: An official entry form is available at www.McCormickandSchmicks.com/Admin beginning 4/10/2009 through 4/27/09. Entry closes at 5:00 p.m. PT on Monday, 4/27/09. Limit one entry per person. Incomplete entries are void.
2. RANDOM DRAWINGS: One (1) First Prize winner per participating McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant will be selected on Tuesday 4/28/09. One Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on Tuesday 4/28/2009 from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of judges are final. Winners will be notified by telephone/mail/in-person. Limit one First prize per person/household. Odds of winning a Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received per participating retail location. Odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: (1) Grand Prize – One (1) $1,000 American Express gift card. ARV: $1,000.00. (84) First Prizes (Eighty four (84) First Prizes will be awarded to one (1) winner per participating restaurant) – a cocktail reception for up to 12 co-workers to be held at the closest McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, M & S Grill, McCormick’s Fish House, McCormick & Kuleto’s or Spenger’s Fresh Fish Grotto restaurant. The reception is to be held on a mutually agreed upon date and time subject to space availability. Guests for this 2-Hour, 12 Person Reception will a Choice of 4 appetizer platters from these choices: Mini Crab Cakes • Salmon Satay • Fried Calamari • Mini Burgers • Chicken Satay • Coconut Shrimp • Oysters on the Half Shell • Seared Steak Bruchetta • Lox on Lavash • Seared Ahi on Cucumber • Bay Shrimp & Salsa Bruchetta. Beverage choices include existing selection of bottled or draft beers, wines served by the glass, mixed cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. Cognacs and Scotches are not available. Quantities of beverages are subject to local alcoholic beverage legal restrictions. Where prohibited by law, alcoholic beverages will be substituted with non-alcoholic beverages. ARV: $500.00. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.
4. GENERAL RULES: Open only to residents of the United States, who are 21 years of age or older as of 4/30/2009. Employees of McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant Inc. and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies (and suppliers involved in this promotion) and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received by the entry deadline. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify all of or part of the Promotion if the Promotion cannot be carried out in manner set forth in these Official Rules, or for any other reason, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release Form within 7 days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate Grand Prize Winner selected, time permitting. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner selected, time permitting. First Prize winner may be required to sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release Form prior to awarding of prize. First Prize winner’s guests must be of local legal age prior to the date of awarding of prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its Promotional Participants to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its Promotional Participants and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liability arising out of use of prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor and its Promotional Participants are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the Promotion.
