McCormick's Fish House & Bar is reminiscent of the traditional fish houses on the East Coast and in the San Francisco area. Built in 1912 as Seattle’s Oakland Hotel, it is now a bastion of old-Seattle in the shadow of the towering 76 story Columbia Center – near the city’s museums, historical landmarks, theaters and shops. McCormick’s has been part of Seattle’s dining institution for more than 30 years, where it provides a traditional and intimate atmosphere with a vast collection of nostalgic memorabilia on the walls, multi-level dining areas, and aged dark wood and brass.
Since our doors opened, McCormick's Fish House & Bar has been serving Seattle with classic seafood. Today, the restaurant features more than 30 varieties of fresh seafood listed daily on our ever-changing menu. For the non-seafood diner, we have aged steaks, poultry, salads and pasta dishes. And save room for one of our decadent desserts!
Our venerable bar features a full selection of liquors and beers, as well as an extensive wine list and cocktails made with fresh squeezed juices. In addition, during Happy Hour, we have a popular bar menu that features a variety of food and drink specials.
Though there is no private dining space, we can still accommodate special events for groups of up to 40.
