At McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, we are committed to culinary excellence by showcasing a vast selection of only the freshest quality fish and seafood varieties from the Pacific Northwest and the Atlantic, as well as unique species from international waters. Our commitment to local freshness is apparent in our seasonal dishes and regionally inspired preparations.
We feature a fresh fish and seafood menu with daily chef specials. Samples of our signature dishes include: Crab Bisque; Baked Halibut with Tomato Comfit (seasonal); fresh Dungeness Crab (limited supply); House Smoked Salmon with Angel Hair Pasta; and Pan Seared Sea Scallops. Our "Fresh List" (which highlights fish and seafood available that day) is printed daily and exhibits catches from around the globe. For the non-seafood diner, we offer several cuts of Midwest grain-fed beef, including Ribeye, New York Strip and Top Sirloin. Also, our Chef can customize a dish in order to meet our guests’ dietary and healthy lifestyle needs.
