At McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, we are committed to culinary excellence by showcasing a vast selection of only the freshest quality seafood varieties from the Pacific Northwest and the Atlantic, as well as unique species from international waters. Our commitment to local freshness is apparent in our seasonal dishes and regionally inspired preparations.
We feature a fresh seafood menu with daily chef specials. A sample of our signature dishes include:
- Grilled Halibut with Lemon Butter and Sun-Dried Tomato Risotto (seasonal)
- Wild King Salmon Seared and Served with Grilled Portabella Mushroom, Spinach and Goat Cheese
- Steak and Shell Fish Combination
- Arctic Char Pan Seared with Sweet Corn Risotto and Wild Mushroom Ragout
Our "Fresh List" (which highlights fresh seafood available that day) is printed daily and exhibits catches from around the globe. For the non-seafood diner, we have aged steaks, poultry, salads and pasta dishes. Also, our Chef can customize a dish in order to meet our guests’ dietary and healthy lifestyle needs. And save room for one of our decadent desserts like the Chocolate Bag – a favorite among our guests.
For lunch, we offer 10 lunch entrees for $10 – daily sandwiches, salads, pasta, soups and more. In a hurry? Ask about our 45 minute lunch guarantee.
We have a full selection of liquors and beers, as well as an extensive wine list to complement your meal. Also, enjoy hand-shaken cocktails made from fresh squeezed juices. We highly recommend our Prickly Pear Margarita, Raspberry Cosmimosa and Basil Grape Refresher. However, the most memorable experience are the inviting personalities behind the bar, shaking your cocktails to order.
