At McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, we are committed to culinary excellence by showcasing a vast selection of only the freshest quality seafood varieties from the Pacific Northwest, local waters near our restaurant and the Atlantic, as well as unique species from international waters. Our commitment to local freshness is apparent in our seasonal dishes and regionally inspired preparations.
McCormick & Schmick's features a fresh seafood menu with daily chef specials. Enjoy classic and traditional seafood dishes, including: Cedar Roasted Salmon with Northwest Berry Sauce; Grilled Grouper with Jicama Slaw & Fried Onions; Pan Seared Red Snapper with Papaya Relish; King Crab Legs; and Parmesan Crusted Trout. Our "Fresh List" (which highlights seafood available that day) is printed daily and exhibits catches from around the globe. For the non-seafood diner, we recommend the 9 oz. Steak Filet. Save room for our Crème Brûlée – a favorite of our customers!
Also, visit our lively bar, where our bartenders practice traditional mixology. Enjoy hand-shaken cocktails made with freshly squeezed juices. Try one of our classic martinis. In addition, we offer an assortment of imported, domestic and craft beers and premium wines, as well as an extensive list of specialty single-malt scotches.
