At McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, we are committed to culinary excellence by showcasing classic and traditional seafood dishes with a focus on fresh regional and local fare.  Local species include Catfish (from Palacios, Texas), Lump Blue Crab Cakes (from Sea Drift, Texas) and Jumbo Shrimp (from the Gulf of Mexico). In addition, our "Fresh List" (which highlights seafood available that day) is printed daily and exhibits catches from around the globe. 
For the non-seafood diner, we offer several cuts of Midwest grain-fed beef, including Ribeye, New York Strip and Top Sirloin.  And save room for one of our decadent desserts!
