The State Capitol features guided tours and a glimpse into Colorado history. Visitors can glimpse Civil War memorials and commemorative statues while viewing exterior and interior points of interest. Completed in 1908, the history of the building’s making provides an interesting story, as well. Architecturally and historically, the Colorado State Capital is worth a visit.

Founded in 1974, the Denver Center for the Performing Arts is dedicated to the presentation of quality music, theatre, and dance productions. Its complex features four distinct theaters, and an additional large theater with over 2,000 seats was added in 2006. The Denver Center also features an education department, which helped establish a three-year conservatory for advanced theatre study. The department also started a community education program, which provides theatre education for children and adults.

No, he’s not a real Bronco – but he is modeled after Roy Rogers’ horse, Trigger. Made of fiberglass and standing a massive 27-feet tall, Bucky cheers the Broncos on during each and every game. This stadium also houses the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame.
