McCormick’s Fish House & Bar is committed to culinary excellence by showcasing a vast selection of only the freshest quality of seafood varieties from the Pacific Northwest, local waters near our restaurant and the Atlantic, as well as unique species from international waters.  Our commitment to local freshness is apparent in our seasonal dishes and regionally inspired preparation.

We feature a fresh seafood menu with daily chef specials.  A sample of our signature dishes includes:  Seared Scallop Served over Risotto Cake with Whole Grain Mustard, Dill, Butter Sauce; Sole Parmesan with Crispy Capers Lemon and Beurre Blanc Sauce; and Oscar Filet Mignon.  Since fresh deliveries arrive at our restaurant throughout the day, our menu changes twice daily.  Ask about our “Fresh List”, which highlights the fresh seafood species available that day. 

We also offer gluten free vegetarian dishes, as well as a wide-variety of poultry and pasta dishes.  And don’t forget to save room for one of our signature desserts, including the warm Upside Down Apple Pie with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream or the Almond Cookie Basket served with Fresh Berries – both are favorites with our customers.

For lunch, McCormick’s Fish House & Bar offers a $6.95 lunch special that varies daily.  Some of our guests’ lunch favorites include Dungeness Crab Cakes and BLTA (bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado) sandwiches, as well as a selection of large salads.

Visit our lively bar, where our bartenders practice traditional mixology.  Ask for one of our hand-shaken cocktails made with freshly squeezed juices.  Enjoy an assortment of imported, domestic and craft beers, such as a new variety of Belgium draft beers.  Or, try one of our premium wines, including organically farmed and boutique style wines.  Don’t forget to come to our Happy Hour for our famous Cheeseburger and much more.  Also, every time that it snows, we feature Irish Coffee for only $1.00.
