At McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, we are committed to culinary excellence by showcasing a vast selection of only the freshest quality seafood varieties from the Pacific Northwest, local waters near our restaurant and the Atlantic, as well as unique species from international waters. Our commitment to local freshness is apparent in our seasonal dishes and regionally inspired preparations.
We feature seasonal classic and traditional seafood dishes, which include: Halibut Baked Monterey with Dungeness Crab Meat; King Salmon Florentine; Jumbo Sea Scallops with Creamy Spinach and Herb Potato Cake; and Columbia River Sturgeon with Peppercorn Beurre Blanc. Since fresh deliveries arrive at our restaurant throughout the day, our menu changes twice daily. Ask about our “Fresh List”, which highlights the seafood species available that day. If you are not in the mood for seafood, try one of our aged steaks, poultry, salads or pasta dishes. For dessert, we recommend our Chocolate Bag – a favorite of our customers!

Featured in our bar is our extensive wine list to complement your meal, as well as a wide variety of beers, including local micro-brewers. Also, enjoy our hand-shaken cocktails with fresh squeezed juices. We highly recommend our Western Slope Peaches and Rocky Ford Melon cocktails.
